Our members road trip June 2016

Shortly after 9.30 on 26th June our convoy of tractors, bikes, cars, jeep and mini bus left Clongeen heading for Clonmel. We headed for New Ross where we had a short stop for tea coffee and breakfast rolls. We then headed on the main road and took a turn off for Glenmore, into Mullinavat and then on to Piltown where we stopped at Anthony’s Inn for dinner. After about an hour we continued on our journey on to Clonmel where we done a few laps of the town and then headed to the Clonmel Park Hotel where we parked up for the night. After freshening up and a bit to eat we headed into Clonmel for a bit of entertainment. We came across The Coach Man where a lot of laughs and dancing was had for the night.
Around eleven o clock the group meet up and we left Clonmel on our Journey home to Foulksmills. We had a stop in Mullinivat where we stopped in the Rising Sun to look at the Irish Soccer match and then back on the Road to Foulksmills. We arrived back around 6 o clock and we were very lucky with the weather for the weekend.
